Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field is required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small cash as needed.
• Complete and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and cases to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
