Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is seeking a store supervisor to drive sales growth and ensure smooth daily operations at our Padada, Davao del Sur location. You will lead a team to set up displays, maintain store standards, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 5 years in retail, strong leadership and merchandising skills, and the ability to coach and develop staff while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes.
• Complete, update & report (sales, new staff hiring, assignment, case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
