Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of the Laguna area store in Primark Sta. Cruz. You will lead a store team, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventories, and enforce company policies to meet sales targets.

The role requires 2–5 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in POS systems. On-site work at Primark Sta. Cruz, Laguna is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 2–5 years in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Able to work on-site in Primark Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store staff performance.
• Handle scheduling, attendance monitoring, and on-the-job training.
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment.
• Oversee stock replenishment, accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure attractive product displays.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent service standards.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Supervise cashier operations and cash handling.
• Assist in monitoring expenses and improving store profitability.
