Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. in Laguna, Sta. Cruz, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure sales targets are met, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will guide and motivate the team, manage inventory, and enforce company policies and standards. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in retail with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems, and the ability to work on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2-5 years in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work on-site in Primark Sta. Cruz, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store staff performance
• Handle scheduling, attendance monitoring, and on-the-job training
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment
• Oversee stock replenishment, accuracy, and loss prevention
