Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience in retail, preferable in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees entire operations of the store and maintains service quality standards.
• Analyzes store performance and justifies sales fluctuations.
