Job summary

Mr. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor in Tuguegarao to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, coaching, merchandising setup, compliance with laws, and reporting to HQ. Work location is on-site along Maharlika Highway, Brgy.

• 5 years of working experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Follow established guidelines and SOP.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
