Job summary

MRDIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead store sales in Guimbal, Iloilo. The role requires 5 years of retail experience, strong organizational, leadership, and people-management skills, and the ability to coach staff and manage merchandising displays.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure store cleanliness, supervise staff performance, and maintain compliance with all legal and company SOPs. Fluency in Filipino and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English is required.
• 5 years working experience in Retail Industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established Guidelines & SOPs.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
