MR DIY Philippines stores are seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for One Ayala Makati. The role focuses on achieving sales growth, executing merchandising standards, and maintaining store operations with a customer-focused mindset.

You will lead staff, coach the team, and ensure compliance with SOPs while delivering a safe, clean, and organized shopping environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
