Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor for Southgate Mall Makati. The role focuses on driving store sales, optimizing merchandising, and leading a team to deliver strong customer service.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, and train staff to maintain a safe and organized shopping environment. Southgate Mall Makati experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of retail experience.
• Preferably a Supervisor with 5+ years in sales/retail.
• Must be amenable to work in Southgate Mall Makati.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
