Qualifications

• Fluent in Filipino and English.

• Strong organizational, leadership, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage day-to-day store operations effectively.
• Keep store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers; provide good service.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Guide the team on efficient operations and safety.
