Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and people management skills; merchandising.
• Supervisor experience or 5+ years in sales/retail preferred.
• Willingness to work in Ayala Legazpi.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve target; monitor daily operations.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays for optimal visibility.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers with excellent service.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws and policies.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; supervise performance.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed; manage small cash notes.
• Complete, update, and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Prepare and send documents to HQ andsuperiors.
• Operate within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
