Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales growth at the Padre Garcia branch. You will lead daily operations, ensure clean and organized displays, and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a five-year background in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to coach and mentor staff while adhering to company SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years working experience in Retail Industry
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communications skills
• Merchandising and people management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
