Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor for Pembo Taguig to oversee daily store operations and drive sales growth while ensuring outstanding customer service. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and reports to the Branch Manager.

The candidate will set up gondolas and merchandise displays, manage stock and banking, train and coach staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years working experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Amenable to work in Pembo Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items; handle small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
