Job summary

NCP is seeking a Field-Cocused Project Manager to lead store development initiatives from site mapping through build-out for NutriStore branches. You will coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely openings and compliant constructions.

Responsibilities include planning, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and overseeing brand-consistent installations. Travel to multiple locations is required; a strong background in retail or pharmacy setup is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Store Development, Site Acquisition, or Construction Project Management.
• Proven track record in setting up retail outlets, pharmacies, or food service establishments.
• Strong knowledge of real estate mapping and local zoning laws.
• Experience managing contractors and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: map high-potential areas for NutriStore branches based on demographics and objectives.
• Site Evaluation: conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for pharmacy, convenience, and bakeshop operations.
• Negotiation: act as main contact to secure favorable lease or purchase terms.
• Project Chartering: develop work plans, timelines, and budgets for new store openings.
• Vendor Coordination: manage contractors and suppliers; ensure pre-approval by Area Manager.
• Regulatory Compliance: secure permits and ensure LGU health/safety standards.
• Operational Setup: oversee installation of equipment (AC, refrigeration, fixtures).
• Branding: ensure signage aligns with brand guidelines.
• Quality Control: final walkthroughs to meet approved standards.
• Coordination & Reporting: bridge PNFC units and contractors; report milestones and budgets; mitigate delays.
