Job summary

Packworks is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores within a designated region. You will recruit, train, and manage a field team to meet regional goals while ensuring all stores comply with company standards and industry regulations.

You will drive growth and operational efficiency by implementing strategic initiatives, coordinating with Marketing and Head Office, and spearheading Activation, Field, and Engagement projects as directed.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead activation programs, orchestrate campaigns and ensure the project is aligned with the Marketing team
• Build and create calendar for activation events
• Analyze success of campaigns
• Educate the market about Packworks through different activation events
• Spearhead Field, Activation, Marketing and Engagement Projects as directed by the Activation Lead, Head of Marketing and or Chief Marketing Officer
