St. Joseph Drug - Joleco Resources, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead branch construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects across the organization.

The role requires oversight of layouts, contractors, suppliers, and site operations to ensure quality and cost control. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a managerial role with experience in retail or healthcare-related operations, and holds a professional license in architecture or civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil Engineer.
• PM/Facilities Management training is a plus.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role handling multi-site branch construction, renovations, and repairs & maintenance operations.
• Experience with pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, warehousing, FMCG, or distribution operations is preferred.
• Exposure to retail construction standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and operational workflow considerations is highly preferred.

Job Description

Responsible for the overall management, planning, execution, and monitoring of branch construction and store development projects, including new store openings, renovations, repairs and maintenance (R&M), and facilities-related initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Manager oversees branch construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and company standards. The role manages store layouts, contractors, suppliers, and site implementation, while maintaining branch facilities, furniture, fixtures, and other non-IT assets. It also supervises the Architect, Engineer, and support personnel and ensures proper project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Must be a Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Training or certifications in Project Management, Facilities Management, Occupational Safety or Construction Management are an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role handling multi-site branch construction, renovations, and repairs & maintenance operations.
• Preferably with experience supporting pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, warehousing, FMCG, or distribution operations.
• Exposure to retail construction standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and operational workflow considerations is highly preferred.
