Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to optimize performance across the organization. You will translate complex operational data into actionable insights and develop scalable analytic and system solutions.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and KPIs (fill rate, forecast accuracy, service level, on-time delivery) and leading ERP and analytics platform optimization with IT and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Analytics, DS, or IE; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in data tools: Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python/R.
• ERP/replenishment systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, JDA WMS, Infor).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains supply chain performance dashboards and KPIs including fill rate, forecast accuracy, service level, on-time delivery, supplier performance, etc.
• Leads the implementation and optimization of supply chain analytics platforms and reporting solutions with IT and stakeholders.
• Drives reporting automation and digitalization initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and improve data accessibility.
