Job summary

ABCD Essential Foods in the Philippines seeks a Retail Sales Coordinator to manage non-bulk product transactions, including employee sales, tingi orders, and marketing samples. You will bridge the commercial team, plant warehouse, and buyers to ensure accurate order processing and tight inventory control.

You will monitor sample dispatch, maintain transaction logs for audits, and collaborate with QA and Logistics to meet product standards and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, office management, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in sales support, retail coordination, cash handling or customer service in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, order processing and cash reconciliation procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with POS/ERP system entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, encode, and process daily transactions for employee sales, tingi retail orders, and marketing sample requests from the commercial team.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production to ensure timely pulling, packing, and dispatch of sample requests for prospective clients and events.
• Track local floor inventory for samples and retail sales; coordinate with Warehouse Encoder and PPIC to record stock movements and wastage.
• Monitor dispatch, issuance, or pickup status of retail and samples; act as main contact for internal employees, field sales reps, and walk-in buyers.
• Maintain accurate transaction logs and monthly audit-ready reports for management.
• Work with QA to ensure marketing samples meet product standards and packaging specs; collaborate with Logistics for external deliveries.
