ABCD Essential Foods in the Philippines seeks a Retail Sales Coordinator to manage non-bulk product transactions, including employee sales, tingi orders, and marketing samples. You will bridge the commercial team, plant warehouse, and buyers to ensure accurate order processing and tight inventory control.
You will monitor sample dispatch, maintain transaction logs for audits, and collaborate with QA and Logistics to meet product standards and timely deliveries.
The Retail Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing, processing, and overseeing all small-scale, non-bulk product transactions at ABCD Essential Foods, including employee sales, tingi (retail/small pack) orders, and dispatching marketing samples. This role acts as the primary link between the commercial team, plant warehouse, and internal/external buyers to ensure accurate order processing, strict inventory accounting, and smooth fulfillment of non-standard orders.
Receive, encode, and process daily transactions for employee sales, tingi retail orders, and marketing sample requests from the commercial team
Coordinate directly with the Warehouse and Production team to ensure the timely pulling, packing, and dispatch of sample requests for prospective clients, trade shows, and consumer testing
Track local floor inventory assigned for samples and retail sales; coordinate with the Warehouse Encoder and PPIC to ensure all stock movements, sample allocations, and wastage are accurately recorded in the system
Monitor the dispatch, issuance, or pickup status of retail and samples, serving as the main point of contact for internal employees, field sales reps, and walk-in buyers
Maintain accurate transaction logs, summary reports of employee purchases, and marketing sample issuance records for monthly audits and management review
Work closely with QA to ensure marketing samples meet product standards and packaging specs and collaborate with Logistics for external sample deliveries
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience in sales support, retail coordination, cash handling, or customer service, preferably within a food manufacturing or FMCG setup
Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, order processing, and cash reconciliation procedures
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and POS/ERP system entry
Responsible, honest, and highly trustworthy in handling cash and inventory assets
Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple small-order transactions under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, sales teams, and plant staff
