Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail sales management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
• Thorough understanding of retail best practices, including inventory management, merchandising and customer service.
• Proficient in using sales and data analysis tools to drive insights and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales promodisers to deliver customer service and sales results.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
