Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig City is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Team Leader (Electronics) to oversee the performance of the retail sales team and support store sales objectives. You will coach sales associates, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain merchandising and inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in retail sales with team leadership, a background in electronics or consumer tech, strong product knowledge, and proven ability to analyze sales data.

Qualifications

• College level or college graduate.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience with team leadership or supervision.
• Background in electronics or gadget retail is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in product selling, customer engagement, and retail operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory monitoring, and sales reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach sales associates and monitor performance.
• Customer-focused, organized and target-driven.
• On-site work in BGC, Taguig City, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail sales activities and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Assist customers with product selection, specs, features and purchasing concerns.
• Ensure staff are knowledgeable about electronics products, promotions and inventory.
• Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions and product knowledge training.
• Monitor stock movement, availability and replenishment requirements.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and proper sales documentation.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate with management on sales performance and inventory needs.
• Prepare sales reports and suggest initiatives to improve store performance.
