• Manages stock levels, places orders with vendors, handles deliveries, and minimizes loss or shrinkage.
• Maintains brand standards for store layout, window displays, and promotional setups.
• Resolves escalated customer complaints and models high standards of service.
• Oversees opening and closing procedures, cash handling, safety compliance, and reporting to corporate or area managers.
