Job Description

• To achieve individual target (tonnage performance - individual)
• Monitoring of sales quotation, sales order, tonnage, conversion rate, and top customers performance
• Sell the company’s product & services to customers by assisting their inquiries and orders through phone calls, emails, SMS, and Viber
• To achieve individual target buying accounts, maintain consistent ordering of too accounts and key drivers to propel business growth
• To achieve individual target newly opened accounts, close transactions with first time buyers and new customers to bring additional volume
• To achieve individual target win-back accounts, revive inactive clients and engage to renew long-term partnership
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly, completely, and on time
• To do field and build relationship with too customers. To maximize face-to-face opportunities to win-back and open new accounts
• To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
