Job summary

A leading retail company in Metro Manila seeks a customer service-oriented professional with retail experience to provide product information and maintain customer relations. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, processing transactions, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and is willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of retail experience.
• Experience with luxury men's brands is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• With a strong understanding of sales, customer service and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila locations such are BGC, Pasay and Makati on shifting schedules with a six (6) day work schedule.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations and answers to customer queries.
• Maintain and grow the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement and regular communication with customers.
• Meets monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Process sales transactions.
• Maintain inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean and comfortable.

QUALIFICATIONS:
