Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point-of-contact for in-store customers, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales through knowledgeable communication about products and services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all inventory to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory management and ensuring store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. team to meet targets and contribute to recruitment industry insights.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them with purchases.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
• Maintain presentation of sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum; further education in sales/marketing is a plus.
• Experience Level: at least 6 months of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in sales and customer management.
• Ability to demonstrate strong sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Working Conditions: Retail environment with standard retail hours, including weekends and holidays; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
