Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
• Experience: Preferably 2+ years of Project Development experience (retail, leasing, site activities) within real estate, mall operations, or hospitality.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project briefs with timelines, budgets, and assumptions for approvals.
• Conduct market studies on retail trends, competition, pricing, and location potential.
• Maintain and monitor budget, inventory, and leasing trackers.
• Support project monitoring, site oculars, and reporting on planning, construction, fit-out, and turnover status.
• Coordinate tenant calls or meetings, onboarding requirements, leasing documents, and issue resolution.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Estate, Legal, Sales & Marketing, Technical, Finance, Mall, Hospitality, Industrial) and government agencies.
• Prepare and update trackers, pipeline reports, and executive presentations.
