Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and recommend project viability.
• Updates project timetable from acquisition to sales.
• Prepare cash flow studies and NPV computation.
• Technical: reviews drawings and ensures proper coordination with plans.
• Marketing: supports development of marketing materials and ensures sales targets are met.

We are urgently in need of Project Development Specialist to join our creative and growing team here at Filinvest!

JOB SUMMARY:

TheProject Development Specialist is actively involved in the development of the project from its inception to completion and turnover. Responsible in the analytical aspects of the projects which include but not limited to market analysis, site analysis, feasibility studies, etc. Responsible in leading collaborative efforts with support teams in meeting joint goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Architectural and other related courses
• With at least 2 3-year ' experience in related track (preferably from real estate)
• Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Willing to work in EDSA, Mandaluyong (Head Office)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Development

• Monitors the project's inventory availability and tagging in Frebas
• Define project design and parameters based on market findings
• Recommend sustainable product mix
• Generates a weekly list of available inventory units and monitors its allocation to all sales channels.

2. Market & Industry Assessment

• Does competitor scan, site analysis and market studies to be able to gather information that will be essential to the project (unit size, pricing and payment scheme)
• Conducts market analysis to recommend viability of project

3. Coordination and Monitoring

• Updates project time table from land acquisition, documentation, planning, construction and to sales
• Coordinates project activities with other business/corporate units
• Sets a weekly meeting with other to ensure timely implementation of project activities
• Prepares memos and disseminate information about the project updates to concerned departments

4. Finance

• Does cash flow studies and point estimates for feasibility studies
• Prepares NPV computation for financing options

5. Technical

• Reviews architectural and interior design drawings
• Maintain familiarity and consistent interpretation of plans and specifications for proper technical coordination

6. Marketing

• Assists in implementing marketing materials and merchandise
• Participates in conceptualization of marketing materials
• Ensures that the sales target for the project is achieved
• Assists in sellers and client concerns/queries regarding the project
• Provide updates and relevant information regarding the project
• Conduct project orientation and briefing to sellers
