Job summary

Filinvest Land, Inc. in QC and Alabang seeks a Project Development Specialist to support the Project Development Manager in day-to-day management of real estate projects, coordinating permits, budgeting, inventory, sales monitoring, and reporting.

The role will lead a project by monitoring financial and sales performance, coordinating project concerns, and recommending solutions while conducting regular fieldwork twice a week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate/project development or related field.
• Residing near QC/Alabang area or willing to commute.
• Knowledge of end-to-end project development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Development Manager in day-to-day project management, coordination, budgeting, inventory, and reporting.
• Coordinate permits and licenses prior to project commencement and construction.
• Review and formulate Sales and Marketing programs and sales forecasts for projects.
• Lead marketing campaigns and ensure effective execution across channels.
