Job summary

Qoala is seeking a Partnership Associate in the Philippines to activate, engage, monitor, and train the stores of our retail partners. You will work closely with the Partnership Manager to analyze and execute the partner strategy and help grow partner relationships in the market.

The role focuses on setting targets, analyzing drivers of performance, and providing hands-on support to partner stores, including training and ongoing collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong relationships with dealers in the opening area (Laguna or Central Visayas).
• Experience in electronic gadget sales.
• Experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Set GWP target and drive achievement from store partners with PM.
• Analyze key drivers of GWP and take strategic action.
• Support partner on store-level.
• Monitor high-attachment rate stores and understand drivers.
• Engage and train low-attachment rate stores.
• Liaise with retail partner to fulfill Qoala requirements with Partnership Manager.
