Job summary

Global Technological Trading Inc. is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee directly operated stores, drive sales growth, optimize productivity, and ensure staff performance across locations.

You will monitor store KPIs, develop action plans, coordinate with Marketing/Product/Supply Chain, and lead regular store visits to maintain brand standards and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Management, or Retail Sales.
• Experience handling multiple stores is preferred.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store sales performance and KPIs.
• Develop action plans to improve sales, conversion, sales per sqm, and staff productivity.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower allocation, and individual sales performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure proper execution of displays, pricing, promotions, and brand standards.
• Analyze store traffic, customer inquiries, product performance, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute store openings, monthly promotions, payday campaigns, and other sales-driving activities.
• Develop bundles, gifts-with-purchase, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Source and coordinate with installment/financing partners to improve payment options and conversion.
• Develop membership and loyalty programs to drive customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Mall Management, and other teams to resolve store issues and support sales.
• Prepare regular store performance reports and improvement action plans.
