Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail operations, field sales, or sell-out management.
• Strong understanding of POS systems and retail analytics.
• Experience managing promoters or field teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly sell-out targets per brand and SKU.
• Ensure compliance with approved planograms and display guidelines.
