Job summary

ASUS Philippines is seeking a Retail Operations Lead based in Ortigas, Pasig to drive end-to-end retail strategy across Concept Stores, SIS corners, and multi-brand environments. You will oversee store openings, renovations, and asset optimization while ensuring compliance with global standards.

The role requires 8–10 years in retail marketing/operations, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and willingness to travel for on-ground execution.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or retail operations (leadership role preferred).
• Proven experience in project management of retail store expansion or similar initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities.
• Process-oriented with strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for store visits and on-ground execution support.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of store openings, renovations, and milestones per ASUS standards.
• Lead execution of all project phases: concept design, costing, bidding, construction, store opening.
• Develop and execute expansion plans based on asset saturation and distribution strategy.
• Conduct store mapping, site evaluation, and capacity planning for new retail rollouts.
• Drive brand standards by deploying POSMs and brand assets across channels.
• Manage retail assets including Exclusive Stores, SIS/Corners, signage, and fixtures.
• Ensure proper allocation, utilization and maintenance of retail assets.
