ASUS Philippines is seeking a Country Product Manager to shape our brand’s market presence, execute strategic plans, and drive sales success in the local market. You will lead product planning, launches, and lifecycle management across categories, coordinating with HQ, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in product management or electronics.
• Knowledge of product management, sales planning, and marketing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product plans and strategies aligned with company goals and local market needs.
• Manage the product lifecycle including launches, positioning and end-of-life planning.
• Conduct market checks, analyze sales performance and forecast demand.
• Manage relationships with distributors and resellers and engage with partners.
• Work with Sales to develop business plans, negotiations, and sell-through improvements.
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotions with HQ, Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for order processing and timely shipments.
