Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Business Development professional to expand the gas station network and retail business. You will identify sites, conduct market assessments, and lead acquisitions and partnerships to drive expansion.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in BD or expansion, preferably in fuel retail or multi-branch retail, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Travel for visits and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Operations, or Expansion.
• Experience in gas station, petroleum, fuel retail, or multi-branch retail is highly preferred.
• Experience in site acquisition, property leasing, franchise development, or branch expansion is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to expand the company's gas station network and retail business.
• Identify and evaluate potential gas station sites and new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research, site assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Lead site acquisition, property leasing, partnerships, and network expansion.
• Negotiate with property owners, landlords, suppliers, investors, and business partners.
• Monitor sales, market trends, competitors, and potential locations to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, financial projections, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Permits, and other departments for new station development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government agencies, and strategic partners.
• Drive business development initiatives to achieve sales, profitability, and expansion targets.
