Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to manage multiple gas stations, driving sales and profitability while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. You will oversee inventory, station maintenance, and staff development across locations.

Key responsibilities include supervising Station Supervisors, coordinating new openings, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards through field visits and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field required.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory, sales, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, coaching and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting.
• Willing to travel frequently and work flexible schedules.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance of assigned stations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, product availability, fuel receiving, and loss prevention.
• Maintain station cleanliness, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
• Implement safety, security, and environmental standards while managing security personnel.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Station Supervisors and station personnel.
• Support recruitment, employee discipline, performance management, and workforce development.
• Conduct regular station audits, inspections, and submit accurate operational reports.
• Coordinate new station openings, including readines, staffing and pre-opening activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and growth.
