Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years in managing retail or multi-site operations, preferably in oil and gas.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong background in operations management, sales performance, and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field operations.
• Driver’s license with valid LTO.
