Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Retail Leasing Operations & Portfolio Strategy Division Lead to steer lease sales and marketing across the entire retail portfolio. You will unite central corporate leasing with on-site mall leasing, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and strong partnerships with major tenants.

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in retail Leasing Management and leadership roles.
• Solid budgeting and financial oversight experience.
• Advanced expertise in lease sales strategy and market analysis.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Define and roll out a long-term strategic leasing roadmap to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop leasing plans that respond to market shifts and demand patterns for a balanced retail mix.
• Oversee performance standards across corporate and mall leasing units.
• Cultivate partnerships with national/global brands and anchor tenants.
• Design and lead end-to-end lease sales strategies with proactive tenant outreach.
