Job summary

Asticom is seeking a BGC/Premiere Cluster Lead to steer leasing strategy and marketing for the retail portfolio across the BGC/Premiere cluster. You will align leasing directions with corporate growth goals and market trends, overseeing both corporate and property-level leasing operations to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of leasing management experience in retail, leadership.
• Budgeting and financial oversight experience.
• Strong lease sales, market analysis, forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategic leasing roadmap to maximize occupancy and revenues within the BGC/Premiere cluster.
• Develop leasing plans aligned with market trends and demand, ensuring a compelling retail mix.
• Oversee corporate and property-level leasing teams.
• Establish long-term partnerships with key retail brands, anchor tenants, and emerging concepts.
• Drive diversification to include experiential retail, F&B, and entertainment.
• Spearhead lease sales strategies, including campaigns and targeted tenant outreach.
• Ensure leasing revenue targets are met or exceeded across all properties within the cluster.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry associations.
• Mentor and develop the leasing team for high performance.
