Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven leasing experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience with corporate clients, property brokers, and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and be goal-oriented.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease available spaces to prospective clients and tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure proper documentation.
