Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an L&D Specialist – Soft Skills to design, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs that develop employees' soft skills and overall competencies. The role focuses on training and development within store operations across retail, grocery, food & beverage, or restaurant environments, working with frontline staff, supervisors, and people leaders.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in L&D or training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Education, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of L&D/Training experience with store operations focus.
• Experience in TNA and identifying competency gaps.
• Strong design, facilitation, presentation, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and analysing learning results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TNA and identify soft skills competency gaps.
• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered training materials.
• Facilitate programs covering communication, customer service, and leadership.
• Develop modules, facilitator guides, and assessments.
• Apply adult learning principles and experiential activities.
• Coach internal trainers and SMEs.
• Monitor completion, feedback, and assessment results.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, vendors, and external facilitators.
