Job summary

Southern Arms Corporation in Valencia City, Bukidnon, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to lead retail sales and brand awareness. This full-time role focuses on developing customer engagement, increasing foot traffic, and boosting revenue across our local stores.

You will design and execute campaigns, manage in-store promotions, analyze sales data, train staff, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or retail management.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis and sales metrics.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Willingness to work weekends as required by retail operations.
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility in Valencia City.
• Manage in-store displays, merchandising and product positioning to optimise customer experience.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer insights for management review.
• Support the training and motivation of retail staff to enhance overall team performance.
• Manage promotional budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
