About the role

We are looking for a enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the team at Southern Arms Corporation. This is a full-time position based in Valencia City, Bukidnon. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail environment. This role is essential to creating a positive shopping experience and achieving our sales objectives whilst representing the values and professionalism of Southern Arms Corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services to confidently answer customer questions and address concerns
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays throughout the retail space
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock checks, and assisting with replenishment
• Handle customer complaints professionally and elevate issues appropriately to management when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and performance metrics through active selling and upselling techniques
• Support promotional activities and communicate special offers to customers
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
