Job summary

Total Philippines Corporation is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Engineer to lead the design, construction, and upkeep of our fuel refilling stations across multiple sites in Metro Manila. The role requires coordinating civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering tasks and ensuring compliance with building, fire, electrical, and environmental codes.

You will manage contractors, conduct site inspections, and prepare reports for management and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail gas station and construction project management.
• Strong portfolio showing retail construction methods, detailing, and materials.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with multi-site retail rollouts.
• Familiarity with mall fit-out permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, construction, and renovation of fuel refilling stations.
• Plan, supervise, and control engineering activities through all project phases from design to commissioning.
• Prepare bill of quantities, bill of materials, and manpower requirements.
• Use advanced engineering software and perform technical reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assess environmental risks during project development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Manage contractors and maintenance teams.
