Job summary

TPC Energy Corporation in Taguig seeks a Construction and Maintenance Engineer to lead building and upkeep of fuel refilling stations, blending civil, mechanical, electrical, and safety engineering.

You will conduct site inspections, plan and supervise all project phases, manage budgets and contractors, and ensure compliance with building, fire, electrical, and environmental codes, while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years in retail gas station and construction project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retail construction methods, detailing, and materials.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with multi-site retail rollouts and mall fit-out permits.
• Preferably COSH training and certification.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and oil & gas challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, construction, and renovation of fuel refilling stations.
• Plan, supervise, and control engineering activities throughout all project phases, from design to commissioning.
• Prepare bill of quantities, bill of materials, and manpower requirements.
• Utilize advanced engineering software and perform technical reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Assess potential risks and environmental impacts during project development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Manage the contractors and maintenance teams.
