Job summary

FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC. is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Engineer to manage the building phase and upkeep of fuel stations. The role combines civil, electrical, and safety engineering, with site inspections to ensure on-time, on-budget projects that meet codes and company standards.

You will coordinate contractors and maintenance teams, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with national building, fire, electrical, and environmental codes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail gas stations and construction project management.
• Strong portfolio showing retail construction methods, detailing, and materials.
• Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with multi-site retail rollouts.
• Familiarity with mall fit-out permits and processes.
• COSH training preferred
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and oil & gas project challenges

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, construction, and renovation of fuel refilling stations.
• Plan, supervise, and control engineering activities through all project phases, from design to commissioning.
• Prepare bill of quantities, bill of materials, and manpower requirements.
• Utilize advanced engineering software and perform technical reviews to ensure compliance.
• Assess potential environmental risks during project development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliverables.
• Manage contractors and maintenance teams.
