Job summary

FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC. in the Philippines seeks a Gas Station Project Lead in Bataan to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of gas station construction and development projects.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating with contractors and site teams. The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, at least 5 years of project management experience in construction, and PMP

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, with at least 3 years in lead or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing gas station, petrol station, or similar retail/conmercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine building regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of gas station construction projects from inception through final completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established timelines and financial targets.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction standards and safety protocols.
• Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve conflicts and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout all project phases.
• Manage change orders and variations whilst maintaining project integrity.
