Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Retail Finance Manager to bridge Finance and the Commercial team across the Retail network. You will anchor budgeting, forecasting, and insightful reporting to support profitability and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include driving driver-based budgets, performance packs, and KPI dashboards, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering actionable insights while ensuring robust financial governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• At least 5 years in progressive finance roles; 3+ years in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Retail, oil & gas, consumer goods or FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools experience (Power BI, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting for Retail P&L with cross-functional partners.
• Translate strategy into revenue, margin and cost projections.
• Own monthly performance reporting and executive summaries.
• Develop store and channel profitability analytics and cost-to-serve models.
• Partner with Retail VP and ExCo to shape business strategy.
