Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the Retail Pricing team, driving strategies, data analytics, and competitive pricing across the network.

You will work with dealers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize margins and discounting programs. The role requires 5–7 years in pricing or analytics, with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity, and experience in petroleum or multi-site retail preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in data analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies and models for retail pricing and discounts.
• Monitor pricing trends and adjust to market changes.
• Conduct price elasticity analysis and analyze profitability drivers.
• Manage pricing software and tools; oversee field-based pricing at retail stations.
• Prepare pricing reports and insights for senior management.
• Lead a team of 5 direct reports and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
