Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Finance Controller to lead the subsidiary’s financial operations in the Philippines. You will drive accurate financial reporting, implement robust internal controls, and partner with executive leadership to shape strategic decisions.

You will oversee statutory reporting under PFRS, manage a multi-entity close, and coordinate audits while developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Lead and safeguard financial reporting for a subsidiary within the Unioil Group.
• Ensure strict internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executives and business heads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under PFRS.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month/year-end closes.
• Consolidate data across units for management reporting.
• Oversee AP/AR functions and external audit engagements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Monitor cash flow and advise treasury actions.
• Ensure tax compliance with BIR and other regulations.
