Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, forex trading, and bank relationships for optimal liquidity and risk control.

The role guides forecasting, policy definition, and treasury systems, reporting to the CFO and leading a team of treasury professionals. The successful candidate will drive cash optimization, manage forex exposure, and negotiate credit facilities while ensuring BSP compliance and robust internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and forex operations.
• Proven ability to manage bank relationships and financing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cash management function across bank accounts and business units.
• Maximize surplus cash through pooling and short‑term investments.
• Minimize borrowing costs by optimizing funding mix and bank terms.
• Supervise forex trading; ensure proper documentation and settlement.
• Lead bank relationship management and ensure compliance with requirements.
